I offer many services; we can meet at a local gym, at a park, or even your home! Where you feel most comfortable, is the best location. I have base rates but I meet with you individually to see what YOU can afford.
One Hour Training Session- Base Rate $45 (First Session $35)
- This training session can be at a gym, a local park, or in the comfort of your own home. There will be a warm-up then 45 minutes of combined cardio and weight training. There are many options for both the cardio section and the weight training section, weight training does not mean lifting heavy loads, body weight is a great substitute! After 45 minutes of rigorous training there will be a 5 minute cool down.
Half Hour Training Session- Base Rate $22
- Like the 60 minute session this quick 30 minute session can take place where ever you feel most comfortable. There will be a short warm up, a very rigorous 20 minute workout, followed by a short cool down. This short session can be just what you need to fit into your busy schedule but still get an optimal workout.
Custom Monthly Meal Plan- Base Rate $35
- The custom meal plan is a great way to keep you on track with a healthy diet. I will create a meal plan according to foods you like/dislike, your body type, any medical conditions you may have, your exercise habits, and your health goals.
Custom Monthly Workout Plan- Base Rate $35
- The custom workout plan may be what you need if you are short on time throughout the week, I will make this plan according to how long you want your workouts to be each day, what your fitness goals are, and any medical conditions you may have.
